What's the best motivational tool to help you lose weight? The answer is one word... UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. It's amazing how many people get caught up in just looking hard, making plans and being very ambitious. The end result is that they have set very small goals for themselves that they are always low on energy and enthusiasm towards. Here is my advice on motivation to lose weight.
